MAFI is a global leader in the design and development of mounting solutions for industries such as telecom and solar energy. We are a diverse team of engineers, sales professionals, and specialists within different areas. Our customers are located all over the world, with offices in Mora, Stockholm, Shanghai and Dallas.
The role
In the position as Sales Manager UK, placed somewhere in UK you will have overall responsibility for developing MAFI’s business in the United Kingdom. You will work closely with our existing customers but also identifying and engaging new ones. The role requires a strong customer focus where regular customer visits are expected.
Your responsibilities:
- Developing and achieving annual sales targets on customer and product level.
- Preparing an annual cost budget to support the execution of your sales activities.
- Conducting customer visits, including follow-ups, reporting, and implementation.
- Building market knowledge about the region and its customers.
- Documenting and communicating your work to identify business opportunities and potential projects.
- Planning your own work to support the company’s strategy within your area of responsibility.
Who are you?
- Business-driven and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
- Experienced (3–5 years) in sales of technical solutions.
- Preferably experienced in telecom and international sales.
- Comfortable working independently, driving your own agenda and prioritizing the right business opportunities.
- Skilled in deal-making and building strong, customer-focused relationships.
- A team player who takes great responsibility for their work, is self-motivated, curious, and driven.
You will report directly to our Head of Sales North Europe, who are based in Stockholm, Sweden.
As the role covers the UK market, domestic travel is required, and international travel may also occur. The frequency of travel will vary from week to week, depending on customer needs and business opportunities.
There is currently no fixed office location in the UK so you will work from a home office. The role demands high customer presence and a proactive mindset.
We expect that you speak fluent English and hold a valid UK driver’s license (Category B).
